The Discovery Sprint at the front of every engagement decides which pillars are in scope and which are not. That's the conversation that saves projects from hand-waving and saves customers from over-buying.

The Managed SLA pillar is optional but recommended when you don't have an in-house AI ops team yet. We've handed off cleanly to customer teams many times; we've also stayed for years.
