PRO SPORTSAthlete data · League constraints

AI for pro sports clubs, deployed inside the perimeter that already protects your athletes.

Scouting, opponent prep, athlete medical data, front-office work, fan engagement, content production. Built around your league's data rules, your CBA constraints, and the privacy your athletes expect.

Why sports is its own thing

The data your club holds is more sensitive than most regulators know.

Athlete medical data, scouting reports on competing teams' players, contract-comp data, biometric tracking — your club sits on data that's HIPAA-adjacent, CBA-protected, and commercially explosive. The default architecture of public AI vendors is not what your players' union, your league office, or your owners want.

We've built for adjacent verticals (healthcare for athlete medical, financial services for contracts and analytics) and we bring that compliance posture to sports work. Combined with league-specific knowledge of MLB / NBA / NFL / NHL / NCAA data rules.

Use cases we ship

Six places where AI agents shift the club's competitive position.

01

Scouting analytics agents

Continuous monitoring of college, international, and minor-league players against the club's positional needs. Automated weekly briefings for scouting directors.

02

Opponent preparation copilots

Video tagging assistance, tendency extraction, situation-specific game-plan suggestions. Coordinator-facing, not autonomous.

03

Athlete medical & training data agents

Longitudinal health and load monitoring with HIPAA-equivalent controls. Surfacing patterns for performance staff while respecting per-athlete privacy.

04

Front-office & contracts copilots

Comp-set analysis, contract-structure modeling, agent-conversation prep, league-rule compliance checking. Sensitive data; private deployment essential.

05

Fan & CRM agents

Personalized fan communication, ticketing copilots, sponsorship-activation outreach. Multi-channel, multi-language for international fan bases.

06

Content production agents

Game recaps, social-content drafting in the club's voice, video clip selection and tagging, multilingual content for global fan bases.

Constraint pins

The map for pro-sports AI.

  • League-specific data rules — MLB / NBA / NFL / NHL / MLS / NCAA each have their own.
  • CBA-protected biometric data — collection, storage, and use controls vary by league.
  • HIPAA-equivalent posture for athlete medical data, even where HIPAA itself doesn't strictly apply.
  • Players' union expectations on data treatment and consent.
  • Sponsor and partner data agreements when fan/CRM data crosses commercial boundaries.
  • State and provincial privacy laws for fan data and ticketing.

Frequently asked questions

Are you the AI vendor that hooks into our existing data systems?

Yes. We don't replace your tracking, scouting, or athlete management systems — we build the AI layer that sits on top of them. Your Synergy, Catapult, Hudl, KINEXON, and ticketing systems remain authoritative; we make their data conversational and analytical at agent speed.

What about athlete medical data?

Athlete medical data is HIPAA-adjacent and CBA-protected. We treat it with healthcare-equivalent compliance: dedicated tenancy, BAAs where applicable, strict per-athlete access controls, and clear separation between performance-staff access and front-office access. Our healthcare-AI experience directly applies.

Can you build for our league's data restrictions?

Different leagues have very different data regimes. MLB has data-licensing constraints; NBA has CBA-protected biometric rules; NFL has separate constraints on player-tracking distribution; NHL has its own. We work within each league's rules — typically by partnering with our customer team to map exactly what data can be used in what ways before we design the agent.

Front office, performance staff, or fan engagement — which do you start with?

Most engagements start with one workstream of the three. Front-office work (scouting, contracts, draft prep) is the most common entry point because the ROI math is clearest. Performance-staff work (training, injury prevention) is the second most common, with the highest compliance overhead. Fan-engagement work (CRM copilots, content production) is the third, with the lowest barrier.
